Service Fees

Large fountain is 35" tall with a 19" base it includes 30 pounds of chocolate. Serves events for 300 guests and above. Price is $595.00

Medium fountain is 29" tall with a 16" base it includes 25 pounds of chocolate. Serves events for up to 300 guests. Price is $495.00

Small fountain is 25" tall with a 12" base it includes 12 pounds of chocolate. Serves events up to 100 guests. Price is $350.00

Doing an intimate gathering? Our Mini fountain is perfect for up to 30 guests. Give us a call the next time you're planning a girls night, dinner party or a because I l-o-v-e chocolate night.

Fountain service includes:

3 hours of service with an attendant
Set up/break down of fountain
Skewers for dipping items
Decorative table accents
Delivery in the greater St. Louis area
(additional delivery charges vary depending on area)
Choice of milk, dark, or white chocolate

The prices above DO NOT include dipping items. Inquire with your caterer/facilities coordinator for dipping items. Most venues can provide dipping items for your event for an additional fee. However, if your venue does not provide this service, Chocolate Fountain Affair can include the chocolate fountain and dipping items. A variety of dipping options are available to suit everyone's palate. See packages and pricing below.

Our packages include: white beverage napkins, disposable dessert plates, 1-2 attendants, serving pieces, table accents, individual soufflé cups, and skewers if needed.

If Chocolate Fountain Affair is not providing the food for your event it is recommended that the following items be discussed with your caterer/facilities coordinator:

Sturdy rectangular table placed near an electrical outlet. The table needs to be positioned at least 3 feet away from the wall so that our staff can easily access and attend the fountain from behind.
Table cloth and skirting
Dipping Items
Serving pieces for the dipping items
Plates and Napkins
Staff designated to replenish the dipping items
