Frequently Asked Questions 1. Question - Where can a chocolate fountain be used? Answer - A fountain can be used at any event in a climate controlled facility, where electricity is available. 2. Question - Do the fountains use real chocolate? Answer - Yes we use a high quality chocolate blend which contains more than 30% cocoa butter to provide a creamy flavor and an elegant flowing fountain. Answer - Depending upon the size of the fountain, a single fountain can accomodate anywhere from 50 to 600 guests at a typical event. 4. Question - What can be dipped in the fountain? Answer - The possibilities are endless, but some examples are: pretzels, crackers, cookies, angel food or cheeese cake, apple slices, strawberries, caramels and marshmallows. 5. Question - Who furnishes the items to be dipped? Answer - Most venues can provide dipping items for your event for an additional fee. However, if your venue does not provide this service, Chocolate Fountain Affair can include the chocolate fountain and dipping items. Answer - Electricity and a sturdy table are a must, set-up and tear-down take approximately 45 minutes each. 7. Question - Do you require reservations and a deposit?
